Interdax is building a 3rd generation digital asset exchange. Our team comes from top HFTs and exchanges like Nasdaq and NYSE, as well as from well known firms in the blockchain space.


In this role you will provide top-notch customer support to our users and also handle most aspects of customer operations. This is a fully remote role requiring English fluency. You must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Solve customer support requests regarding crypto and trading concepts
  • Answer questions about order execution and digital asset transfers (looking at block explorers, bitcoin transactions etc)
  • Respond to general product questions on daily basis via chat and email
  • Escalate requests accordingly and collaborate with platform engineering teams
  • Create processes and automate as much tasks as possible

Requirements

  • Fluent in English at a professional level
  • Strong written English communication skills (other languages are helpful)
  • Crypto trading experience, preferably on derivatives platforms
  • Able to make quick decisions autonomously
  • Security and privacy focused
  • Crypto and blockchain industry enthusiast

Bonus Points

  • Experience or interest in financial markets
  • Experience with front-end development: HTML/CSS/JS
